This was a lovely studio apartment right in the heart of the action. The front desk staff was excellent, the rooftop pool area was superb, the location was great with Fifth Ave right there. You could hear some music late at night, but not enough to bother our sleep.

Nous avons été accueillis par Javier qui nous a assistés pendant tout notre séjour.
Nous avions une des deux seules chambres occupées dans le bâtiment, alors le toit nous était privé. Piscine & BBQ au rendez-vous.
Séjour tranquille, comme à la maison, c’était parfait !
En ajoutant quelques items de base pour la cuisine tels qu’un couteau, des ustensiles de cuisson pour ne pas abîmer les poêles antiadhésives et une planche à découper, et l’endroit serait encore plus-que-parfait.
Merci Javier, et gros bis à Corazón, la chienne reine des lieux 🐕

Todo muy limpio, bien equipado, y en una zona muy tranquila, la comunicación fue fluida y amable desde el primer momento, recomiendo el alojamiento 100% a cualquiera que visite la zona.

Absolutely loved my stay in Playa del Carmen! The place is super close to everything, very walkable, secure, and just minutes from the beach. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating.
We did have a few water issues, but every time we reached out they came quickly and fixed it with no problem. There was also a small hiccup with the laundry machines. You have to pay and reserve them, but it worked out in the end.
Overall, the property was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I found this cool and peaceful place in the middle of the jungle of Tulum between the ocean and the center of the town, super easy to park my moto and car outside, the host really help me the first day with a free ride in town. The AC was perfect and the bed was good to sleep peacefully!! The price was really affordable too! Thanks for the stay!

Perfect location, easy walk to restaurants and beaches. Nice apartment has everything you need plus a great rooftop pool and gym. Communication was good and the hosts were flexible with check out time which I really appreciated with a later day flight. I would definitely stay here again.

Primera vez que me alojo en esta estancia, y quedamos totalmente agradecidos con la atención del señor Javier; en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos recibió con mucho entusiasmo y amabilidad. La habitación estaba impecable y muy cómoda, con todas las amenidades que se mencionan en la descripción; así mismo, a la hora de irnos, el señor Javier fue súper amable. Sin duda alguna, volveremos a reservar.

Everything was excellent at Rev. I stayed for a month and felt very comfortable during my stay. Javier, the building manager, made sure I had everything I needed throughout. My apartment and pool were cleaned very well. The rooftop makes Rev a very exceptional building amongst others in Tulum. It’s not a walkable distance, but there are options for rentals and everything is a quick drive away. The entire staff were friendly and helpful towards my dog and I. Next time I’m in Tulum I will stay at Rev again, due to the amenities, friendliness, cleanliness, and aesthetic of their apartments. I am very happy. The local grocery stores have all the brands we’d need. The local restaurants were delicious!

Super séjour dans ce super Airbnb !
Javier nous a accueillit comme des rois, toujours disponibles et toujours de bons conseils ! une personne vraiment superbe avec qui nous avons beaucoup échangé :)
Le logement est parfaitement situé entre la ville de Tulum et les plages tout en étant en bordure de forêt donc très calme. c'était parfait ! nous reviendrons ! si vous ne savez pas où dormir, vous pouvez réserver ce airbnb les yeux fermés !

Es muy bonito el lugar, buena atención y amabilidad, la alberca es de buen tamaño aunque muy bajita, me llegaba a la cadera pero pudimos pasar una excelente estancia, la vista es muy linda y es muy tranquila, sin duda volvería, solo sería bueno agregar a la descripción que en esa zona no hay señal y para poder llamar al anfitrión debe ser por WhhattsApp, pero estando ahí hay wifi, agradezco la estancia, espero volver pronto
