Un lugar muy bonito y agradable todo en orden y muy limpio, la ubicación muy buena a media cuadra de la 5ta Av. el lugar no es muy grande yo estuve solo con mi esposa e hija y el lugar excelente muy fácil de llegar al lugar y con estacionamiento buen internet. Sin duda regresaría

Excelente lugar para estar una estancia corta o larga en Playa del Carmen. El edificio tiene todo para no salir si así lo deseas y muy cerca de las mejores playas de la ciudad. Tiene cerca tanto restaurantes como tiendas. Ubicación ideal para una mujer. Me encantó el recibimiento hacia mi perrita, todos en el edificio son amables y los anfitriones siempre al pendiente. 100% lo recomiendo y volvería.

Es muy bonito el lugar, buena atención y amabilidad, la alberca es de buen tamaño aunque muy bajita, me llegaba a la cadera pero pudimos pasar una excelente estancia, la vista es muy linda y es muy tranquila, sin duda volvería, solo sería bueno agregar a la descripción que en esa zona no hay señal y para poder llamar al anfitrión debe ser por WhhattsApp, pero estando ahí hay wifi, agradezco la estancia, espero volver pronto

The apartment is very well located and the size is just perfect. The host is extremely kind and attentive — I even forgot some personal items, and they offered to send them to me by courier. I truly appreciated their hospitality and excellent communication. Highly recommended!

Una excelente locación, con amenidades y acabados minimalistas y muy modernos, excelente trato y con espacios muy bien pensados y distribuidos lo que lo hacía también muy funcional, muy buen precio dada la época y en lo personal lo considero el hospedaje ideal ya sea tanto para descansar y relajarse tanto como para salir a aventurarse por las calles de Tulum. 👌🏼👌🏼

All set—no em dashes: Great location right in the heart of Playa, just as described. Walkable to everything, clean, solid Wi-Fi, and the rooftop pool was one of the better ones I’ve seen at a private residence. Nicely decorated with thoughtful touches. Had everything I needed in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, two towels, and extra toilet paper. It’s on a lively street, so you’ll hear some of the city’s energy, but that’s part of the charm if you want to be in the action.

Amazing place. Strategic location…close to shops and restaurants. Place is just beautiful and cozy. Host is very attentive and responsive. No question this is a top 5 place to stay .

el alojamiento está muy céntrico, a una cuadra de la quinta avenida donde puedes encontrar de todo, en la esquina hay 2 supermercados, el host fue súper amable siempre atento y pendiente a todo lo que necesitabamos, la piscina súper linda, todo muy aseado y bonito. Super recomendado

Unfortunently the elevator went out during our stay (5th floor walk up was to much for us in the heat) and the jacuzzi never worked at all but this was out of the Host's control due to the fact it's in a condo. Still a great location, good value, host was very responsive and refunded the money for the days we left early due to the elevator outage.
